Master of Business Administration

There are 11 core, program-specific courses to help you build the knowledge, confidence and skills to lead in business. Core courses include topics like: manage in a changing environment, the digital economy, corporate finance and more.

Master of Management

There are 11 core, program-specific courses to help you build the knowledge, confidence and skills to prepare to lead in business. Core courses include topics like: opportunity assessment and innovation, leading change, inclusive leadership, business law and more.

Master of Health Administration/Master of Business Administration

There are 20 core, program-specific courses in this dual program that help sharpen your leadership skills to gain the confidence and knowledge to prepare to lead in the business of healthcare. Core courses include topics like: systems thinking in health care environments, health sector policy and governance, quantitative reasoning and more. 

Master of Business Administration Competency-based

There are 11 core, program-specific courses to help you build the knowledge, confidence and skills to lead in business. This competency-based program requires students to have an undergraduate business degree and business job experience. Take 3 to 4 classes at your own pace every 16-week period. Spend less time on material you know and more on new subject matter. Core courses include topics like: manage in a changing environment, the digital economy, corporate finance and more.

This depends on the degree option you’re pursuing. Other factors include the number of eligible credits you can transfer toward your program, whether you qualify for and want to enroll our self-paced program, the Master of Business Administration Competency-based program and whether you take breaks from your program.  Here are the published program lengths:

  • Master of Health Care Administration/Master of Business Administration: program length 30 months
  • Master of Management: program length 16 months 
  • Master of Business Administration: program length 16 months
  • Master of Business Administration Competency-based: program length approx. 12 months

 

Advanced degrees, like master’s, are an important way to gain the knowledge and critical skills necessary to stay competitive in fields like business, healthcare and information technology. So, if you’re looking to build knowledge and career-relevant skills, an online master’s degree can help.

Yes, our courses are 100% online.  Plus, our traditional online master’s business degree programs give you the added flexibility because you only take one course at a time. Our courses last 6 weeks and are in an asynchronous learning environment that allows you and your peers to engage in discussions, assignments and learning activities. 

If you’d prefer to learn in a self-paced, faculty-supported environment, our Master of Business Administration Competency-based program may be a good option. Courses are taken 4 at a time—over a 16-week period. You can work at your own pace with faculty mentor support. To be admitted to the program, you must have an undergraduate business degree and business job experience. 

Regardless of which program model you select, you’ll learn from faculty who are leaders in their field. They bring their experience and practice to the classroom. This exposes you to industry-leading strategies necessary to promote your career growth.

Yes, you can transfer eligible credits to our traditional online master’s degree program if the university or college you attended is accredited. If you apply for our Master of Business Administration Competency-based program, you may be able to leverage your relevant business skills to earn your master’s degree faster and for less cost. An enrollment representative can help you understand if your prior college credits can apply to your chosen program.
